CPT can be delivered effectively as an online therapy for PTSD.

Treatment is available for a variety of eating disorders and related concerns, including ARFID, Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder. Drawing on evidence-based techniques, I work with my clients to reach their recovery goals as they build towards body acceptance and freedom with food.

Evidence-Based Approach: I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a leading approach for eating disorders that can help improve self-esteem, heal body image, and promote healthier beliefs. Through CBT, people can learn strategies to challenge and change unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns, leading to a more positive self-image. Other approaches include nutrition exposure therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help gain insight and develop coping skills.
